Return & Refund Policy

At Clarssybagcentralgf Holdings, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read this document carefully before initiating any return or refund request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our customer service team. We cannot accept cancellation requests via phone or social media channels.

To expedite your cancellation request, please include your order number and the email address used to place the order. Cancellation requests are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been successfully processed.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For items purchased during promotional periods, only the actual amount paid will be refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card statement again. Some financial institutions may require additional processing time before posting the refund to your account.

If you still have not received your refund after this period, please contact your bank or credit card company as there may be a delay in their processing. If you've completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team with your order details and proof of return shipment for further investigation.
